Nelson Sauvin tastes like Sauvignon Blanc: white grape, gooseberry and tropical fruit. The Cryo cut is pure concentrated Nelson.

Cryo Hops® are concentrated lupulin — Yakima Chief strips away most of the leaf material and keeps the resin and oil. Roughly twice the punch of T-90 per gram, with less vegetal matter and less beer loss in the dry hop. Dose at about half your usual T-90 amount.
