Shipping policy

Delivery Time

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are usually shipped the next day. 
During busy periods this may not always be possible, and delivery can take 1–2 business days longer.
If, for any reason, we expect a delay with your order, we will let you know right away.

Shipping Costs

All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Every order receives a Track & Trace code once shipped.

All parcels are shipped with PostNL or DHL.

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days (NL & BE), and delivery typically occurs the next business day between 09:00 and 18:00.

Other EU Countries

At this time, orders within most of the European Union countries are already supported.

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and delivery typically occurs between 3-5 business days.
