Delivery Time 

NL & BE

We do everything we can to ship your order as fast as possible. Order on a weekday before 12:00 and we usually ship the same day, with delivery the next business day between 09:00 and 18:00.

During busy periods this can take 1-2 business days longer. If we expect a delay with your order, we'll let you know right away.

FI, CZ & IE

Order on a weekday before 12:00 and we usually ship the same day, with delivery within 2~4 business days between 09:00 and 18:00.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

NL, BE, FI, CZ & IE

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Every parcel is shipped with PostNL or DPD, and you'll receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order is on its way.

Switzerland 

Prices exclude Swiss import VAT; customs may charge 8.1% (2.6% on food) plus a carrier handling fee - and consumable orders under ~CHF 190 usually clear completely free.

Other EU Countries

From 12 August, 2026, CraftBrew.nl ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Czech Republic, Ireland and Switzerland only.

Why?
The EU’s new packaging rules (the PPWR) require small shops like ours to register and pay an official representative in every single EU country we ship to - even if we only send a few parcels there per year.

After proudly shipping more than 1,000 packages to 23 EU countries, this decision genuinely hurts. But for a small business the math simply doesn’t work, and we’re not alone: small and medium webshops all over Europe are being forced into the same choice right now.

The good news: nothing changes for our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium - and Switzerland, we’re now open for you!

To everyone else who brewed with us over the years: thank you, truly. We hope to ship to you again as soon as the rules become workable for small businesses.
