Reflection Period / Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@craftbrew.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order at the following address:

Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital gift cards (non-refundable)
- Physical gift cards only if they have been unused
All other products follow the standard 14-day reflection period unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Exchanges
Want to exchange a product? No problem — as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email info@craftbrew.nl with your order number.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Incorrect Address or Wrong Item Ordered?
Mistyped your delivery address? Selected the wrong product? Forgot something?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@craftbrew.nl with your order number.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it before it leaves the warehouse.
Return Form
If you wish to return an item, you can do so by contacting us at info@craftbrew.nl or using the contact form, quoting your order number. You will need to complete a returns form, which you can download below. Please print, complete, sign, and include it with your returned items.
You can also send us this form digitally via info@craftbrew.nl or through the contact form, including your order number. You don't need to sign the form in that case. However, if you do, please include a note with your order number in the box so we can easily identify your return.
