Mosaic Hop Pellets Brewferm - 12.9% Alpha

Mosaic is blueberry, mango, pine and bubblegum all at once — the complexity hop. The 100 g bag is fresh US 2025 crop (12.9% alpha); the 1 kg brewery bag is 2024 crop at 13.3% alpha, best by Feb 2028.

T-90 style pellets: whole cones milled and pressed, easy to dose, easy to store, and they dissolve cleanly into the boil or the fermenter.
