Ginger Root Cut - Warm Spicy Brewing Adjunct for Specialty & Winter Ales
Dried Cut Ginger Root is a powerful and warming brewing spice that adds a distinctive heat, depth, and complexity to specialty ales, winter warmers, saisons, and experimental beers. This 100 g bag of dried ginger root (Zingiber officinale) delivers the full character of ginger — spicy, peppery, slightly sweet, and subtly floral.
Earlier additions develop the deeper, warming, earthy spice quality; later additions and whirlpool additions preserve the fresh, bright, floral-citrus aromatics. Ginger pairs beautifully with honey, citrus, and warming spices like coriander and cardamom.
