Amarillo Hop Pellets
Amarillo is a modern American dual-purpose hop discovered and introduced by Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington. Known for its intense citrus-floral aroma and smooth bitterness, Amarillo adds bright, juicy notes that shine in Pale Ales, IPAs, and other hop-forward beers.
Its high myrcene oil content (68–70%) delivers powerful layers of orange zest, grapefruit, and tropical fruit, while its balanced alpha acids make it ideal for both early bittering and late dry hopping.
