LalBrew® New England is a top-tier ale yeast specially selected to create the signature juicy, hazy, fruit-forward profile of modern East Coast beers. Designed for NEIPAs and other hop-saturated ales, this strain produces expressive tropical esters — especially peach, apricot, and stone fruit — that perfectly complement heavy late hopping and dry hopping.

Thanks to its active β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England enhances hop biotransformation, unlocking extra layers of aroma and flavour during fermentation. Expect a soft mouthfeel, elevated haze stability, and a smooth, hop-saturated finish.
