Bestmalz Oat Malt 3-8 EBC
Bestmalz Oat Malt is a premium specialty malt that enhances mouthfeel, body, and smoothness in modern and traditional beer styles. With a light colour of 3–8 EBC, it contributes a pale golden hue while delivering a soft, creamy texture.
Malted oats provide a distinctive character with notes of oatmeal, light grain, and subtle nuttiness, making this malt especially popular in hazy beers and silky stouts. It also improves foam stability and head retention, giving your beer a fuller and more luxurious finish.
Thanks to the malting process, oat malt is easier to work with than raw oats, offering better extract potential while still delivering that signature smoothness.
