Zinc is an essential cofactor for numerous yeast enzymes involved in fermentation. Servomyces delivers a standardised, bioavailable zinc supply that reduces lag time, supports complete attenuation, reduces off-flavour production (acetaldehyde, diacetyl), and improves yeast health and flocculation.

Usage

All styles: Lager, Ale, High Gravity, Saison, Belgian Strong, Wheat Beer. Add 1 capsule per batch (up to 50 L) in the last 10 minutes of the boil. Do not add directly to the fermenter.
