The kit provides the fittings that bridge the gap between the cooling jacket's TC34mm ports and your cooling water or glycol lines, using Brewtools quick connectors for a tool-free, leak-free connection that clicks on when it's time to chill and pulls off cleanly when it's not.

The integrated cooling jacket is one of the defining features of the new Brewtools systems — closed-kettle chilling with nothing lowered into the wort — but the jacket ports on the tank wall are bare TC34mm connections out of the box. This kit is what makes them usable: the quick connectors mount to the jacket ports and accept your cooling hose runs, so connecting the cooling water at the end of the boil takes seconds rather than a session with hose clamps. Quick-disconnect couplings also mean one cooling supply can serve multiple systems or tanks — disconnect from the brewing system after chilling and move the same lines straight to a glycol-cooled fermenter.

Pair the kit with Brewtools EVA hose 8.5×14mm for the inlet and outlet runs, connect to a cold tap or glycol supply, and the cooling jacket is fully operational.
