Chinook Hop Pellets
Chinook is a bold American dual-purpose hop, bred from Petham Golding and a USDA-developed male. First released in 1985, it quickly became a staple in West Coast–style IPAs thanks to its unmistakable spicy, piney, and slightly smoky character. Chinook delivers a clean, firm bitterness and a classic resinous aroma that pairs beautifully with citrus-forward hops like Citra or Cascade.
Perfect for those who love their beers assertive, crisp, and unapologetically hoppy.

The hops are carefully weighed, nitrogen-flushed, and sealed in a light-proof, aluminum-coated package for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen removes nearly all oxygen (to 0.6–0.8%), protecting delicate hop oils and keeping the aroma fresh for longer.
Store sealed packages in a cool place (<4 °C).
Once opened, compress and reseal with a zip-lock or vacuum sealer and keep refrigerated for maximum freshness.
