Mangrove Jack’s liquid beer finings clear a hazy beer the vegan way: a fungal-derived chitosan solution that electrostatically grabs suspended yeast and haze particles and drags them to the bottom of the fermenter within 24–48 hours. One 20ml sachet treats a full batch up to 23 litres, and unlike isinglass there is nothing fishy about it — GMO-free, vegan-friendly, flavour-neutral.

Add it after fermentation is complete, ideally during a cold crash where the chill does half the work, then rack or bottle off the compacted sediment. Brilliantly clear beer without a filter.
