Star San HB Five Star 3.79L - No-Rinse Acid Sanitiser Gallon

The gallon jug of the most trusted name in homebrew sanitising. Star San is a no-rinse foaming acid sanitiser: mix 1.5ml per litre of water, wet the surface for 60 seconds, drain — done. The foam reaches where brushes don’t, the acid kills what lurks there, and “don’t fear the foam” is the law: what drips off is harmless to your yeast and your beer.

At 1.5ml/L dilution, 3.79 litres of concentrate makes over 2,500 litres of working solution — this jug is years of brewing for most homebrewers, and the per-batch cost rounds to nothing. Keeps sanitising power in solution as long as the pH stays below 3.
