Malted in Bamberg by Weyermann, the benchmark German maltster, and the right choice for Czech pilsner, Kellerbier and historic lager recreations.

As a base malt it brings full enzymatic power — use it for up to 100% of the grain bill and it converts itself and any specialty malts alongside.
