Produced from premium German brewing barley, Weyermann® Melanoidin Malt delivers a deep, intense malt aroma and rich flavor profile — similar to Munich malt, but significantly stronger. This specialty malt enhances mouthfeel, boosts malty sweetness, and can create beautiful deep red hues in a wide range of beer styles.
Flavor: rich maltiness, dark bread crust, honeyed depth, lightly toasted notes.

Recommended usage rate:
