Nectaron® hop pellets are an exceptional aroma hop with one of the most concentrated and vivid tropical fruit profiles in the modern brewer’s toolkit. Developed by Plant & Food Research in New Zealand and brought to market through Yakima Chief Hops, Nectaron® has rapidly earned cult status among brewers crafting juicy, fruit-saturated hop-forward beers.

What makes Nectaron® truly remarkable is its near-overwhelming combination of ripe peach, pineapple, and passionfruit, underpinned by layers of stone fruit and a clean, bright citrus lift. Its extraordinarily high essential oil content means it delivers aromatic punch far beyond what its addition rate might suggest — a little goes a long way, and a lot creates something spectacular. Nectaron® is at its absolute best in whirlpool and dry hop applications, where its delicate tropical oils are fully preserved and allowed to shine.
