Centennial Hop Pellets Brewferm 100g - 12.4% Alpha, 2025 Crop

Centennial is 'super Cascade': grapefruit and floral lemon with enough alpha to bitter cleanly. One hop, whole IPA.

T-90 style pellets: whole cones milled and pressed, easy to dose, easy to store, and they dissolve cleanly into the boil or the fermenter.
