Simcoe is passionfruit, pine and apricot over an earthy base. This is a nitrogen-flushed 100 g bag — kept oxygen-free and frozen since packing.

T-90 pellets are the workhorse format: whole cones milled and pressed, easy to dose, easy to store, and they dissolve cleanly into the boil or the fermenter.
