Delivery Time

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are usually shipped the next day. 
During busy periods this may not always be possible, and delivery can take 1–2 business days longer.
If, for any reason, we expect a delay with your order, we will let you know right away.

Shipping Costs

All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Every order receives a Track & Trace code once shipped.

Below you can find the current shipping rates per package type.

The Netherlands

• €4.95 – Letterbox packages (small items)
• €7.10 – Standard parcels (most orders up to 23kg)
• €24.50 – Large parcels (from 23kg up to 50 kg)

All parcels are shipped with PostNL.
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and delivery typically occurs the next business day between 09:00 and 18:00.

Other EU Countries

At this time, orders outside the Netherlands are not yet supported.
