Brewtools TC Elbow 90° 2" - Stainless Tri-Clamp Elbow Fitting

The Brewtools TC Elbow 90° is a stainless steel 2" Tri-Clamp elbow that turns a flow path through ninety degrees — the small, unglamorous fitting that makes entire setups physically possible. With 2" TC flanges on both ends, a 47.5mm inner diameter, and a 76.2mm bending radius, it maintains a full, smooth 2" bore through the bend: no flow restriction, no turbulence-inducing sharp corner, and no crevices for cleaning to miss.

Its defining job in the Brewtools ecosystem is the MiniUni™ bottom-dump setup. The MiniUni™'s 2" TC bottom port points straight down — which means anything mounted directly to it points straight down too, into space that doesn't exist below the base. Mount this elbow on the port (with the Leg Kit providing the 14cm of clearance), and the connection turns sideways: the butterfly valve now sits horizontally beside the tank, with room for a jug, bucket, or transfer line underneath. Open the valve, and settled yeast and trub drop cleanly out of the cone, unitank-style — the complete bottom-dump chain built from three simple parts.

Beyond that headline role, a 2" TC elbow earns its place anywhere flow needs to turn a corner in a sanitary system: routing transfer lines around equipment, angling connections off fermenter and kettle ports, and running hoses parallel to a pump instead of jutting out into the walkway.
