Challenger UK Hop Pellets 100g (7.8% Alpha)

Challenger is the workhorse of English brewing — a true dual-purpose hop that bitters cleanly at 7.8% alpha and finishes with the classic English character of cedar, green tea and gentle spice. One 100 g pack covers the full hop bill of a traditional bitter, porter or stout: bittering charge, late addition and all.

Grown in the UK, pelletised as T90, and kept cold in storage. Use it anywhere a recipe says English hops: ESB, best bitter, brown ale, porter, stout — or as a clean bittering base under English aroma varieties.
