The MaltZilla Electric Grain Mill Bundle is an advanced grain milling system designed for brewers who want consistent crush quality, durability, and convenience. After extensive research and development, the MaltZilla introduces a unique milling approach using diamond-impregnated rollers that remain sharp even after processing large volumes of grain.
Unlike traditional mills that rely on steel knurling that gradually wears down, the MaltZilla’s diamond-coated rollers maintain their gripping ability over time, ensuring reliable grain feed and consistent crush performance.
Powered by an integrated 24V DC motor, the MaltZilla delivers optimal milling speed with high torque and stable RPM through a built-in gearbox. The motor operates across 12–30V DC, with higher voltage increasing the milling speed. The sealed design helps protect the motor from grain dust and brewing moisture.

Diamond Roller Technology
The MaltZilla is the first grain mill to use diamond-impregnated rollers, which maintain their sharpness over time. Even when processing harder grains such as wheat or corn, the rollers continue to draw grain efficiently.
Large 70 mm Rollers
The 70 mm diameter rollers are significantly larger than those used in many standard mills, improving grain feed and delivering a more consistent crush.
Shearing Milling Action
Instead of aggressively chopping the grain, the MaltZilla uses friction and shearing to open the kernel while often leaving the husk largely intact. This can help:
