Ekuanot® Cryo hop pellets deliver the full vivid fruit intensity that has made Ekuanot® one of the most exciting American aroma hops in modern craft brewing — now in concentrated Cryo form for maximum aromatic impact with every addition. Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and processed by Yakima Chief Hops using their proprietary cryogenic technology, Ekuanot® Cryo captures the pure lupulin of the hop cone, concentrating the essential oils and resins to roughly double the potency of standard T90 pellets while leaving the vegetal plant matter behind entirely.

What makes Ekuanot® such a compelling hop variety is its extraordinarily vivid and fruit-saturated aroma profile — an intense combination of fresh berry, watermelon, and lime, layered with lemon citrus and a clean herbal note that keeps the profile bright, lively, and unmistakably juicy. In Cryo form, this character is amplified to its fullest possible expression — delivering the concentrated lupulin payload of twice the volume of T90 pellets in a fraction of the mass, with dramatically less vegetal material entering the fermenter. Cryo hop pellets
Produced by cryogenically separating the lupulin glands from the hop cone at harvest. The result is a highly concentrated pellet with approximately twice the alpha acids and essential oils of standard T90 pellets. Use at roughly half the rate of T90 for equivalent bitterness, or at similar rates for dramatically increased aroma intensity.
