Pairs well with
Goldings is the English classic: honey, lavender and gentle earth — the soul of every true bitter, and the aroma hop English brewing was built on.
Three bags, two origins, same noble family:
- 32 g — East Kent Goldings (UK): the real thing, grown in East Kent. 5.7% alpha, best by 06-05-2027. The single-brew portion for a traditional bitter.
- 100 g — East Kent Goldings (UK): same genuine East Kent crop, 5.7% alpha, best by 06-05-2027 — a full hop bill plus dry hop.
- 100 g — Goldings (Brewferm, BE): Belgian-grown Goldings, 2024 crop at 5.9% alpha, best by 31-12-2027. Same character, continental passport.
T-90 pellets, stored frozen at −30 °C from day one — alpha acids and aroma oils degrade fast at room temperature, so cold-chain storage is the single biggest freshness factor in hops.
