Comet NL Whole Cone Hops 125g - 8.1% Alpha, Dutch Grown

Comet grown in the Netherlands: grapefruit and wild grassy citrus with vintage American character — and genuinely local. Pressed whole cones, not pellets.

Whole pressed cones, the traditional format: the full flower, nothing milled. Ideal for hop stands, randalls and traditional cask brewing — they filter themselves and give a soft, layered aroma.

Key features

• Alpha: 8.1%
• Format: whole pressed cones
• Stored frozen at −30 °C from the day it arrived — alpha acids and aroma oils degrade fast at room temperature, so cold-chain storage is the single biggest freshness factor in hops.
