The Brewtools B25 is the compact entry point into Brewtools’ new generation of all-in-one brewing systems — a small-batch electric brewery from the Norwegian maker renowned for building some of the most beautifully engineered brewing equipment on the market. With batch sizes from 5 to 20 litres and a malt capacity of 4.8kg, the B25 is purpose-built for kitchen and apartment brewing, small brew rooms, test batches, and recipe development — but make no mistake: this is not an entry-level machine. It carries the same FCS Brewing control platform, the same 8” IPS touchscreen, and the same CleanCore™ sanitary valve technology as its bigger siblings, condensed into the smallest footprint in the range.
The headline for anyone brewing in an apartment: the B25 runs at 2kW on a standard 230V / 10A household socket. No 16A circuit, no dedicated wiring, no electrician — plug it into any normal wall outlet and brew. Heating is indirect through the flat base, meaning no exposed elements inside the kettle for mash, malt particles, or trub to scorch onto — you get even, controlled heat transfer, a dramatically reduced scorching risk during mashing, and a kettle that cleans down to bare stainless surfaces without digging residue off heating coils.
Equally clever is the integrated cooling jacket built directly into the tank wall. Instead of wrestling an immersion chiller into the kettle after the boil — exactly the kind of bulky extra kit a small-space brewer doesn’t have room for — you connect your cooling water to the jacket and chill the wort with the kettle closed and the brewing space clear (Cooling Connector Kit, hoses, and a cold water supply required, sold separately). At B25 batch sizes, the jacket brings the wort down to pitching temperature efficiently on cold tap water alone — no counterflow chiller, no ice bath, no extra hardware in the wort. Combined with the integrated FCS pump for wort recirculation during the mash, the B25 delivers a genuinely modern, clean brew-day workflow: mash, recirculate, boil, and chill in one vessel, controlled from one high-resolution touchscreen with free over-the-air software updates as Brewtools continues developing the platform.
For brewers already running a larger system, the B25 makes an outstanding pilot rig — develop and validate a recipe at 10–15 litres before committing a full-size batch. For everyone else, it’s professional-grade Brewtools engineering in a format that finally fits the kitchen.
What you need on day one The B25 system does not ship brew-ready on its own. To brew on delivery day, add: a power cable (market-specific, sold separately), the Cooling Connector Kit for the cooling jacket, and cooling hoses (8.5×14mm EVA).

Pre-order note: The B25 is part of Brewtools’ new 2026 generation. Reserve yours now through CraftBrew as an official Brewtools dealer to secure your place in the first delivery — shipping expected from September. The power cable is supplied separately, as Brewtools ships the system adaptable to different market plugs. The cooling jacket requires the Cooling Connector Kit and cooling hoses (sold separately). Note the B25 does not include a whirlpool function or steam hat — at these volumes neither is required, and Brewtools has indicated whirlpool support is under consideration for the future. For 10–40L batches with whirlpool, conical bottom, and external mash tun expansion, see the Brewtools B50.
